Thank you for choosing XRP Mobile ("us," "we," or "our"). XRP Mobile is a self-custody wallet: your private keys and recovery phrase are generated and stored only on your device and never leave it. This Privacy Policy is designed to inform you about the limited information we process, how we use it, and the choices you have. Please take a moment to read it carefully.
XRP Mobile collects basic, anonymous usage data through the analytics tool PostHog. This data includes, but is not limited to:
We do not collect your name, email, government ID, or any personally identifiable information to create or use a wallet. There are no accounts and no sign-up.
The information collected is used for the sole purpose of improving the functionality, performance, and user experience of XRP Mobile. We do not sell, share, or otherwise disclose this information to third parties, except as required by law or as described in this Privacy Policy.
XRP Mobile uses PostHog, an analytics service, to collect, monitor, and analyze basic usage data. PostHog has its own privacy policy, which can be found on their website. By using XRP Mobile, you agree to the terms outlined in both this Privacy Policy and PostHog's privacy policy.
Public XRP Ledger addresses and on-chain transactions are public by the nature of the ledger. Some features connect to third parties on your request — fiat on-ramps (to buy XRP), cross-chain swap solvers, and price feeds — and their own privacy policies apply to the data you share with them. Network data (such as your IP address) may be handled transiently by RPC and price providers to serve your requests. We do not sell your data to anyone.
We retain the collected data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information collected from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Your private keys and recovery phrase are stored only on your device — we never see them, store them, or transmit them.
Because the wallet is self-custodial, you are always in control. You can opt out of analytics tracking by adjusting your device settings or uninstalling the app. Removing the app from your device removes the locally stored keys — always keep your recovery phrase backed up safely, as it is the only way to restore your wallet.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the date of the latest revision will be indicated at the top. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
If you have any questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or the data we collect, please contact us through the in-app support center or at info@peersyst.com.
