By downloading and using XRP Mobile, you agree to these terms. XRP Mobile is non-custodial software that helps you interact with the XRP Ledger and connected networks — you remain solely in control of your keys and funds.
You alone hold your private keys and recovery phrase. We cannot access, freeze, recover, or reverse your funds or transactions. You are responsible for safeguarding your recovery phrase and for every transaction you sign. Lost recovery phrases cannot be restored by anyone.
XRP Mobile provides a wallet interface to hold, send, receive, buy, swap and earn on the XRP Ledger and supported chains. Cross-chain swaps are executed on-chain through smart contracts and third-party solvers; we are not a custodian, broker, or exchange and never take possession of your assets.
Fiat on-ramps, swap solvers, earn providers and dApps are operated by independent third parties. Their availability, pricing, fees and terms are their own. We do not guarantee their performance and are not liable for their actions.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the software, third-party services, or your own handling of keys and transactions.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
